We're a Brighton & Hove-based dance company - a vibrant and diverse dance mix of women, united by a shared passion for performance and community. We love bringing people together - both on stage and in our studio.

Our classes are open to everyone - from total beginners finding their groove to seasoned dancers sharpening their heels, our classes (with a top-notch choreographers across many styles) are all about building confidence, unleashing your inner showgirl, and having a blast.
