This performance based class blends jazz technique, showgirl style, and musical theatre storytelling to help you grow in confidence, expression, and stage presence.

Burlesque & Acro Chair
You'll never look at a chair the same way again.

This dynamic class blends burlesque, cabaret and acro-inspired chair work, inviting you to dance on, under and over a chair with confidence, control and creativity. Expect a playful mix of sensual flow, bold shapes and daring transitions - where circus style strength meets cabaret expression.

With beginner-friendly options always provided, this class is designed to support all levels while helping you build confidence, coordination and trust in your body. Burlesque Props Technique
This class helps you grow your confidence, musicality and presence - skills that carry across all styles of dance.

Hats, canes, boas - through to gloves and stockings. This creative, technique focused class explores how to dance with a wide variety of burlesque inspired props, teaching you how to handle, manipulate and move with them in a way that feels natural, playful and adds personality to your dancing.

Fierce Fan & Chair Fitness

This burlesque inspired dance fitness class uses feather fans and chair based movement to build strength, stamina and confidence from head to toe. Expect dynamic combinations, flowing sequences and powerful shapes that challenge your body while keeping things fun, expressive and full of attitude.

Blending conditioning with dance, this class is designed to make you feel strong, fierce and fabulous - so caught up in the movement you might forget you're even exercising.

Here are the essentials you'll need for your very first class (and some bits will see you through future classes... or maybe even future performances). So take a breath, and bring your shine.
💎 Comfy Clothes - Leggings, shorts, or anything that makes you feel fabulous.
💎 Heels - If you fancy them, but trainers or socks are just as welcome too.
💎 Knee Pads - We have you covered for your first couple of classes before you make the investment.
💎 A Bottle of Water - Hydration is glamours, dehydration is not.
